Have Yourself A Merry Little Griefmas

In this short pocket guide, I provide 20 tips to help you through your grief journey, especially during the (Christmas) holidays. And if you don’t celebrate Christmas, many of these tips are still helpful during the holiday season for Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, etc. This is typically a festive and fun time of year, but the holidays can really be a struggle for many who are missing a loved one that has transitioned. It’s important that we honor our feelings and allow ourselves to feel and heal.

When you lose someone, you love, you simply must go through this very difficult grief journey. There’s no way around it. But your days will eventually get brighter, the sun will shine again in your heart and you will one day be able to speak the name and celebrate the memory of your loved one without crying a river. I am speaking from personal experience and I hope the same for you.
